Paul Wulff - I had a few floorboards that needed replaced and I called them to get someone out to give me an estimate on the repair. I didn't need any sanding, or refinishing, just replacing a few small floorboards that didnt have any supports other than some nails in the corner of the house. A gentleman came out and gave me an estimate and described what he was going to do. After a brief discussion, I told them that they got the job. This was over a month ago and have not heard from them since. No calls, not one follow up to schedule a time to complete this small repair. I called them for a follow up and got the voicemail. I have not heard back yet. I am not sure I will be using them if I don't hear back from them within the next couple of days.

Jeff Burmeister - My wife and I had Keith refinish the original hardwood floors in our living room/dining room in preparation for a kitchen remodel (relocating the kitchen). His work was excellent and the floor came out beautiful. He is a perfectionist and takes as much time as he needs to get it right. Would definitely hire him again

Roland Taylor Jr - Keith Hammond owner and craftsman with Hammond Flooring did a tremendous job for me. We had oak steps leading to our second floor that was It seemed better days. They were damaged as well as had been used for many many years. He brought the treads back if they were brand new and made the staircase of the centerpiece of the home. He’s a tremendous craftsmen who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend it.

Molly Kelley - Keith sanded our hardwood floors in our kitchen, hallways and bathroom a year ago. He was busy at the time I first called, but he assured me that if I could hold on until he was finished, I wouldn't be sorry and he was right. The finish turned out just as I wanted, not shiny, more like a waxed look. He left several samples of stains to pick from right on the floor and we were happier with his ideas than trying to match our existing wood work. I found him just by chance because the store that was to come out and give me a quote never showed up. We highly recommend.
